747 Jumper - Behind the Scenes
When creating Berali, dad had one request, ‘’I need an airplane jumper’’.
My dad has been a pilot for as long as I can remember, and has always had a jumper of some variety that accompanies him on his trips. This jumper needs to fold down tight, be thin and comfortable, but still offer a significant amount of warmth for when it cools down at altitude.
I met this request, with my own requirements: a collar to keep my neck warm, a hem that sat comfortably on my hips, and something that could deal with hikes, but also be appropriate for my concrete cowgirl days.
And so the 747 jumper was born. Made from 100% pure wool, this jumper can pack down tight for travel, keep you toasty, and fits perfectly over a classic button down or dress shirt. Both my dad and I love wearing it to work, but also around camp fires, up mountains, and out to brunch.
This is the type of jumper that does exactly what you want, when you want it to.
Check it out and shop HERE.
Thank you as always,
